- Volunteer. Every member's volunteer commitment is 4 hours per month. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks including cleaning and maintaining all equipment, the boathouse and grounds and assisting with Learn to Row, Way2Row, Veteran, Junior and Novice programs.
- If you'd like to volunteer special skills, inform the appropriate committee chair or board member.
- If you're not signed up for an MRC group mailing list, do so. Mailing list information is on the MRC wiki. Except for postcard notices of annual meetings, our email lists are the official communication method for MRC.
- Once or twice per year you'll get a postcard inviting you to attend the general meeting. It's important that you attend. A quorum of members is often required for approval of decisions that will directly affect the membership.
- Bookmark MRC Wiki and check it often. It's used for scheduling practices and sharing information without using email. Members can post and edit the information here.
